Description
Crispy and flavorful asparagus chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut into 2-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately.

- You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
