Description
This air fryer veggie quesadilla is a quick and easy dish packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the bell peppers, spinach, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Add half of the cheese on the tortilla.
- Spread the veggie mixture over the cheese.
- Add the remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and cut into wedges.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the veggies according to your preference.
- You can use any type of cheese.
