Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium taro root
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel the taro root and slice it thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. Soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Arrange the taro slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool before serving.
