Description
A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made in the air fryer with eggs and ham.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of ham
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one bread slice, buttered side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Add the ham and cheese on top.
- Crack the egg onto the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the egg is cooked and the bread is toasted.
- Remove carefully and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
