Description

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made in the air fryer with eggs and ham.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one bread slice, buttered side down, in the air fryer basket.
  4. Add the ham and cheese on top.
  5. Crack the egg onto the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the egg is cooked and the bread is toasted.
  8. Remove carefully and serve hot.
