Description
Easy and delicious air fryer egg bites with bacon and cheddar.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 275°F (135°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheddar cheese and bacon to the egg mixture.
- Grease silicone molds with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the egg bites are set.
- Carefully remove the molds from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before serving.
