Description
Delicious and fluffy egg bites with crispy bacon and sharp cheddar, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the molds.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
