Air Fryer Egg Bites with Spinach and Feta are a delicious and healthy snack or breakfast option.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 275°F (135°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and feta cheese.
- Grease silicone molds or ramekins and pour the egg mixture into them.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the egg bites are set.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
- You can customize the recipe by adding other vegetables or cheeses.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
