Description

Delicious chicken-filled egg rolls made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the egg rolls in the basket without overcrowding.
  7. Spray the top of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
