Description
Delicious chicken-filled egg rolls made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the egg rolls in the basket without overcrowding.
- Spray the top of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
