Crispy, flavorful drumsticks made in the air fryer with a parmesan garlic coating.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with olive oil, then roll in the parmesan mixture.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray drumsticks lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
