Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush bread slices lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry bread for 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Spread ricotta evenly on toasted bread.
- Top with sliced figs.
- Drizzle honey over figs.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt.
- Serve immediately.
