Description

Crispy fish tacos made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat fish fillets with olive oil.
  4. Dredge fish in the cornmeal mixture.
  5. Place fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Warm tortillas in a pan.
  8. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, salsa, and cilantro.
