Description

A quick and easy air fryer flatbread Margherita with fresh ingredients and minimal prep time.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Place flatbread in the air fryer basket and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Air fry for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
