Description
A quick and easy air fryer flatbread Margherita with fresh ingredients and minimal prep time.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place flatbread in the air fryer basket and brush with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for best results.
- Add sliced cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
