A quick and easy air fryer recipe combining tender chicken with flavorful pesto and crispy flatbread.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 2 pieces flatbread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat chicken with pesto, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil.
- Add flatbread to air fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Slice chicken and serve on flatbread.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade pesto.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
