Description
A healthy and nutritious pizza crust made with flax seeds using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine ground flax seeds, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add water and mix until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the flax mixture on parchment paper in a round shape.
- Place the parchment in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes until firm and slightly golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before adding toppings.
Notes
- Store leftover crust in the refrigerator.
