Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Combine ground flax seeds, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Add water and mix until well combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Spread the flax mixture on parchment paper in a round shape.
  6. Place the parchment in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes until firm and slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before adding toppings.
