Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Parboil wedges for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook wedges in batches for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Freeze cooled wedges in airtight containers for later use.
