Description
Crispy and flavorful air fryer garlic baby potato chips.
Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the potato slices and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- For crispier chips, cook in batches.
