Description
Crispy fries with a double dose of garlic flavor, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes.
- Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Mix minced garlic and black garlic paste in a small bowl.
- Toss cooked fries with garlic mixture.
- Air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut fries evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust cook time for thicker or thinner cuts.
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes longer.
