Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Toss the potato wedges in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
