Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Toss the potato wedges in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat dry.
