Description

A quick and flavorful dish combining succulent shrimp with garlic butter sauce over linguine, perfectly cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  3. Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp melted butter, half the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry shrimp for 5-6 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  5. Melt remaining butter in a pan. Sauté remaining garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  6. Toss cooked linguine with garlic butter sauce, shrimp, lemon juice, and parsley.
