Description
A quick and flavorful dish combining succulent shrimp with garlic butter sauce over linguine, perfectly cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz linguine
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp melted butter, half the garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry shrimp for 5-6 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Melt remaining butter in a pan. Sauté remaining garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Toss cooked linguine with garlic butter sauce, shrimp, lemon juice, and parsley.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Serve immediately for optimal texture.
