Ingredients

  • 1 lb cipollini onions, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss onion wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Arrange onions in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan if using, then cook 1 more minute.
  6. Serve immediately.
