Description
Crispy air-fried cipollini onion fries with a garlicky kick, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cipollini onions, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onion wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange onions in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Sprinkle with parmesan if using, then cook 1 more minute.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat onions dry before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time if onion wedges are thicker than 1/2 inch.
- Serve with aioli or ranch for dipping.
