Description

Crispy air-fried pickle sticks coated in garlic and dill seasoning for a quick, flavorful snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle spears (or slices), patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dill, and salt in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat each pickle in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use thick-cut pickles to prevent sogginess.
  • For extra crispiness, spray pickles lightly with oil before air frying.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container (reheat in the air fryer for best texture).
