Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle spears (or slices), patted dry
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dill, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Coat each pickle in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Place pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
