Air Fryer Garlic Herb Aioli Creamy Wedges are crispy potato wedges served with a flavorful garlic herb dip.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or Italian blend)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic for the aioli.
- Serve the wedges hot with aioli dip.
