Description
Crispy and flavorful jackfruit chips made in an air fryer with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients
- 2 cups young green jackfruit, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded jackfruit with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the jackfruit evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use young green jackfruit for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
