Description

A delicious and easy air fryer garlic mushroom sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mushroom mixture to the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Toast the bread in the air fryer for 3 minutes.
  6. Layer the air-fried mushrooms and cheese on two slices of bread.
  7. Top with remaining slices, then return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
