Description
A delicious and easy air fryer garlic mushroom sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mushroom mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toast the bread in the air fryer for 3 minutes.
- Layer the air-fried mushrooms and cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining slices, then return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust garlic quantity according to taste.
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Serve immediately for best taste.
