Description
Crispy garlic mushrooms made in an air fryer. Quick, easy, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 200g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean mushrooms and pat dry.
- Toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
