Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken sticks coated with garlic parmesan, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken strips in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken strips in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
