Description
Crispy air fryer garlic parmesan french fries with a savory flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook fries in batches for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, parmesan, and parsley.
- Toss hot fries with garlic parmesan mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Soaking removes excess starch for crispier fries.
