Description
Crispy air fryer fries coated in garlic and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the fries dry.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove fries and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the garlic and parmesan to taste.
- Use any type of potato you prefer.
- Ensure fries are not overcrowded in the air fryer for even cooking.
