Description
Crispy pasta chips with garlic and parmesan flavor, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rigatoni work best)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the pasta chips and air fry for another 2 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old pasta for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
