Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan and parsley, then cook 5 more minutes.
