Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan and rosemary over the fries.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
