Description
Make a crispy grilled cheese sandwich with a flavorful beer cheese filling using your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup beer (lager or ale)
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix shredded cheese, beer, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese mixture between two slices, buttered side out.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sandwich for 5 minutes, flip, then cook 3 more minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature beer for smoother melting.
