Description

A soothing tea bomb recipe made in an air fryer to help relieve flu and cold symptoms.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea bag (herbal or black tea)


Instructions

  1. Mix honey, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on parchment paper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the tea bombs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and let them cool slightly.
  6. Drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water, stir, and add a tea bag if desired.
  7. Drink while warm for relief.
