Description
Crispy and flavorful garlic parmesan wedges made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
- Add parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
