Description

Crispy and flavorful garlic parmesan wedges made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and toss again.
  6. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Once golden and crispy, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can adjust seasonings to your taste.
