Description
Spicy jalapeño poppers wrapped in crispy salami, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 16 thin slices salami
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of salami.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until salami is crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- Adjust spiciness by leaving or removing jalapeño seeds.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
