Description

Spicy jalapeño poppers wrapped in crispy salami, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeño peppers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 thin slices salami
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of salami.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until salami is crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
