Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.
- Place the asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
