Description
Make tender and flavorful sticky Asian pork ribs in your air fryer with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut ribs into individual pieces.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat ribs with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with sesame oil and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
