Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay out tortillas and divide beef mixture evenly among them.
  4. Top each with cheese, onions, tomatoes, and sour cream.
  5. Fold sides of tortillas inward, then roll tightly to form burritos.
