Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas and divide beef mixture evenly among them.
- Top each with cheese, onions, tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Fold sides of tortillas inward, then roll tightly to form burritos.
- Brush burritos lightly with vegetable oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook burritos for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
