Description
Crispy zucchini chips with a parmesan crust, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip zucchini slices in beaten eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Slice zucchini evenly for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
