Description

Crispy zucchini chips with a parmesan crust, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip zucchini slices in beaten eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  4. Place slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
