Description
Crispy, sweet, and savory Brussels sprouts bites made in the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Remove sprouts from the air fryer, drizzle with honey garlic sauce, and toss to coat.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut sprouts evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust honey or red pepper to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook sprouts cut-side down.
