Description

Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Dip each stuffed jalapeño in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
