A quick and healthy Japanese-style salad made in an air fryer. This recipe combines fresh vegetables with a light dressing for a flavorful side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup edamame
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
- Toss cabbage, carrot, and cucumber in air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
- Transfer vegetables to bowl, add edamame.
- Drizzle dressing and toss gently.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
