Crispy and flavorful keto-friendly cauliflower wedges made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving (optional).

- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
