Quick and easy keto-friendly egg bites with bacon and cheddar, made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and chopped bacon.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or muffin cups.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
