Description
Delicious and easy-to-make keto meatballs flavored with garlic, butter, and Parmesan, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush with more melted garlic butter before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
