Description

Delicious and easy-to-make keto meatballs flavored with garlic, butter, and Parmesan, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).
  7. Serve warm.
