Description
Crispy potato wedges coated in Korean BBQ Gochujang sauce, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Korean BBQ Gochujang sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Brush wedges with Gochujang sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
