Description

Delicious Air Fryer Korean Bulgogi Nuggets, marinated beef with Korean flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  2. Add sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place marinated beef in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
  8. Serve hot with rice or as a snack.
