Description
Delicious Air Fryer Korean Bulgogi Nuggets, marinated beef with Korean flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place marinated beef in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot with rice or as a snack.

- Adjust marinade ingredients to taste.
- Use a tender cut of beef for best results.
- Can add vegetables for extra flavor.
