Description
A fusion dish combining crispy Korean fried chicken with pizza, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked Korean fried chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup gochujang sauce
- 1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough to fit your air fryer basket.
- Spread gochujang sauce evenly over the dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, kimchi, and cheese.
- Place pizza in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster preparation.
- Adjust gochujang amount based on your spice preference.
- Check pizza halfway through cooking to prevent burning.
