Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, corn starch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix honey, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
  7. Toss cooked chicken in the honey butter sauce.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
