Description
Crispy and sweet Korean-style chicken nuggets made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, corn starch, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss cooked chicken in the honey butter sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of chicken pieces.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
