Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip fish strips in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Arrange fish sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
